Legacy Gifts Bring New Amenities to St. Joseph’s Clients
St. Joseph’s Foundation is extremely grateful to donors who have chosen to leave a legacy gift to us this year. This past year St. Joseph’s Foundation has been the recipient of planned gifts totaling $377,916. Generous community members recognized through their donation the support they or a family member received from St. Joseph’s Care Group.
Family members often wish to thank our healthcare professionals by providing the funds to help make their work easier, or to support the care that they have received. Because of the generous legacy gifts we have been able to refurbishment of a community room on the Hospice floor at St. Joseph’s Hospital and the construction of a new pergola and patio area at the Manor House for clients of Bethammi Nursing Home, PR Cook Apartments and the Adult Day program. The pergola and patio area will be a wonderful outdoor space for clients to enjoy when warmer weather allows.
