Margaret Waddington chose Family Law because she loves working with people, and hearing their stories. She approaches her practice with a compassionate, collaborative focus aimed at achieving effective resolutions for her clients. She’s paired Family Law with Wills and Estates work, and assists Fhara with the Walk-in Wills Clinic on Saturday mornings.

Fhara Pottinger’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of wills and estates (including estate litigation), family law, corporate and commercial law and real estate law.

She has taken over the helm of Weilers’ Saturday morning Wills Clinic, often joined by her dog Lulu, who’s been dubbed the Wills Clinic mascot.

Talk with your family and friends about your Will. It is highly recommended that every donor speak to one or more professional advisors before making a Legacy Gift. Contact the charity to let them know of your gift so that they can demonstrate their appreciation in your lifetime.
